Hunan Hongwang Launches New Cyclone Wet Dust Collector Unit For Efficient Industrial Dust Control

Hunan Hongwang Intelligent Equipment has recently developed a new Cyclone Wet Dust Collector Unit, providing an efficient solution for dust collection in pharmaceutical and other powder-processing industries.

Conventional dust removal equipment usually uses filter bags, while our dust removal unit first uses a cyclone dust collector to block more than 78% of the powder, and then uses a water cyclone to capture fine dust. At the same time, it can remove odor, powder and gas. The combination of the two can achieve a dust removal efficiency of 99%.Designed for applications where dust control and a cleaner production environment are important, the new wet dust collection system combines cyclone separation and wet dust removal technology. Dust-laden air enters the collection system and is separated through controlled airflow and centrifugal force, while water helps capture and suppress fine dust particles before the cleaned air is discharged.

The equipment features a stainless-steel construction, making it suitable for industries with high requirements for hygiene, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.
