Our factory has completed batch manufacturing of custom stainless steel conical powder hoppers, ready to ship to customers worldwide.These stainless steel material hoppers are fabricated with SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, fully complying with GMP standards for pharmaceutical, food and chemical powder handling processes. The cone-bottom design eliminates material dead zones and ensures smooth discharging of powders and granules.

Each hopper is equipped with a sturdy stainless steel support frame. Mirror polishing surface treatment meets high sanitary requirements. Customized capacity, dimensions and outlet connections are available to match different production lines.These sanitary material hoppers are widely used for temporary storage, buffer feeding and material transfer of powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, food, beverage and fine chemical industries.

We adopt premium SS304 or SS316L stainless steel for fabrication. The inner wall is fine polished to avoid material adhesion and dead corners. The conical cone bottom design enables complete material discharge with no residual powder left inside the bin.Each hopper is welded together with heavy-duty stainless steel support frame. The whole structure is stable and load-bearing, suitable for online feeding and material switching in solid production workshops. Surface treatments can be customized: matte polishing or mirror polishing according to customers’ GMP sanitation requirements.

We support fully customized service: different tank volume, inlet & outlet size, quick-fit connections, lifting lugs and optional accessories such as vibrator mounts. All welding work complies with sanitary welding standards to meet GMP requirements.
