Description:

The square screen is a stainless steel linear vibrating screening device, belonging to the supporting series of equipment for the pharmaceutical/chemical/food industries. Relying on spring support and a vibrating motor drive, it achieves continuous grading and screening of materials. 1-4 layers of screen surfaces of different specifications can be customized according to requirements.


The equipment uses dual vibrating motors as the vibration source. The two motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft generate centrifugal excitation force. The component force parallel to the motor axis cancels each other out. The component force perpendicular to the motor axis superimposes into a single resultant force, driving the screen box to vibrate linearly. The motor and the screen surface are at a certain angle, allowing the vibration to simultaneously achieve the dual effects of "vertical throwing" and "horizontal propulsion."


After the material enters the screen surface, it is thrown up and loosened under high-frequency vibration, and particles of different sizes are automatically stratified according to size. Fine particles pass through the screen of corresponding aperture during the fall, while coarse particles are intercepted by the screen; multiple screens can simultaneously complete the grading of different particle sizes. Under the combined action of vibration and gravity, the material moves forward in a parabolic motion along the screen surface and is eventually discharged from different outlets, thus achieving continuous screening operation.
