Description:
A vibrating sieve, also known as a rotary vibrating screen, is a multi-layered circular stainless steel vibrating screening device. Belonging to the solid dosage form series, it is specifically designed for high-precision grading of powder/granular materials, fully complying with the GMP hygiene standards of the pharmaceutical industry. It can simultaneously grade and screen materials of different particle sizes through multiple sieves.
A vertical vibrating motor at the bottom serves as the excitation source, with eccentric weights mounted at both ends. When the motor rotates, the eccentric weights generate a three-dimensional composite excitation force (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), driving the sieve to perform high-frequency circular, vertical, and inclined movements. The material undergoes a spiral three-dimensional motion on the sieve surface, with particles of different sizes stratified according to size. Fine particles pass through the sieve, while coarse particles spiral upwards along the sieve surface and are discharged from their corresponding outlets, achieving continuous grading operations.
