Description:
The dust-free feeding station is a modular device integrating unpacking, dust removal, screening, and unloading. Specifically designed for small-bag powder/granular materials, its all-stainless steel structure allows direct connection to subsequent conveying equipment, enabling dust-free, safe, and efficient manual feeding operations. It is a key supporting equipment for clean production in industries such as pharmaceutical and chemicals.
A top-mounted dust collection fan creates continuous negative pressure within the feeding hopper, quickly drawing dust generated during unpacking into the dust collection system to prevent leakage. Unpacked materials fall by gravity into a vibrating screen at the bottom, where three-dimensional rotary vibrating screening intercepts foreign objects and breaks up clumps, ensuring qualified materials proceed to the next process. Screened materials are then directly connected to pneumatic conveyors, silos, or mixers via a hopper, ensuring a completely closed conveying process without secondary dust pollution.
