Description:
The lifting mixing hopper is a modular, movable stainless steel container specifically designed for handling powder materials in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. It is also a core component of hopper mixers. Made of high-quality stainless steel in a single piece, its surface is precision polished, eliminating any unsanitary corners and fully complying with GMP and food-contact hygiene standards. This effectively prevents cross-contamination of materials and is suitable for high-cleanliness production environments. The upper part is a square box, while the lower part is a smoothly transitioning conical hopper. Combined with the bottom discharge port, this allows for smooth unloading and residue-free conveying of powder materials, while minimizing dust spillage.
The hopper is equipped with a standard quick-install flange at the top, allowing direct connection to lifting and mixing equipment to achieve a fully enclosed operation of the "convey-mix-temporary-transfer" process. The sides feature anti-slip handles and are equipped with braked swivel casters, facilitating manual positioning and supporting flexible transfer and multi-station docking within the workshop. Anti-collision corner protectors at all four corners prevent damage during transport, extending the equipment's lifespan.
It can not only be used with a lifting hopper mixer to complete the closed mixing of different batches of materials, but also be used as an independent powder temporary storage and turnover container. One hopper can complete the function switching of "mixing container + turnover bucket + storage bucket", which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces equipment investment costs.
