Description:

The working principle of a production-type coating machine is as follows: Tablets, pills, or other materials are added to the coating pan. Simultaneously, the spray gun system evenly atomizes the prepared coating solution and sprays it onto the material surface. A hot air system introduces clean, hot air into the pan, causing the moisture or solvent in the coating solution to evaporate rapidly, gradually forming a uniform, smooth, and dense coating film on the material surface.

Throughout the coating process, the exhaust system promptly removes moisture and dust, maintaining a dry environment inside the pan. By controlling parameters such as pan rotation speed, inlet air temperature, airflow, spray volume, and atomization pressure, a uniform coating thickness and glossy appearance can be ensured, while reducing issues such as tablet sticking, uneven tablet formation, and color differences.
