Description:
Equipped with a spray cantilever that can automatically move forward, backward, up, and down, and featuring 3–6 imported anti-clogging high-pressure atomizing spray guns, the multi-guns synchronously cover the entire tablet bed in zones; a peristaltic metering pump quantitatively delivers the aqueous phase and organic coating solution, with the spray flow rate of 0.1–5L/min independently digitally controlled, and the atomizing pressure of 0.2–0.8MPa closed-loop stabilization, which can tear the coating solution into 3–8μm ultrafine droplets, gently adhering to the tablet surface without damaging the edges of soft tablets, scored tablets, or irregularly shaped tablets.
The entire machine operates under a slightly negative pressure in a closed system to prevent dust and volatile organic solvents from spreading outwards. After being discharged through the drum air duct, the hot and humid exhaust gas passes sequentially through a dust collector filter, a condensate solvent recovery device, and an activated carbon adsorption tower for purification. Organic solvents can be recycled and reused, ensuring that the exhaust gas meets environmental emission control standards while simultaneously reducing workshop odors and explosion-proof safety risks.
