Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Successfully Completed The FAT Acceptance Test For Its Automatic Coating Machine

Project Overview

We are pleased to announce the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of our automatic coating machine system for a pharmaceutical production upgrade project undertaken by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group. During the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), representatives from Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group visited our manufacturing facility to conduct a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the coating machine system. The acceptance process was carried out in strict accordance with the agreed technical specifications and project requirements.

Our engineering team demonstrated the complete operation of the equipment, including machine startup, parameter setting, coating process simulation, airflow control, temperature regulation, spray system operation, and safety protection functions. The customer carefully reviewed the equipment's construction quality, automation performance, control system functionality, and overall operational stability.Throughout the testing process, key performance indicators such as coating uniformity, process control accuracy, exhaust efficiency, and equipment reliability were verified. The customer also inspected the electrical configuration, stainless-steel workmanship, documentation package, and GMP-oriented design details to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical production standards.

After witnessing the successful operation and performance testing of the equipment, the customer expressed satisfaction with the machine's quality, functionality, and manufacturing standards. The FAT was completed successfully, and the coating machine system received formal approval for shipment and installation, marking an important milestone in the customer's solid dosage production capacity upgrade project.
