Description:

Currently, most hopper elevator mixers produced by domestic manufacturers have a single or double-arm box structure. During mixing, the rotating device is located inside the box, resulting in a large footprint, difficult installation, and increased ground load. After mixing, the material is not easily separated from the next process unit for dispensing, requiring a separate elevator for dispensing. This increases the operating space, repetitive workload, and operating costs significantly higher than column-mounted elevator mixers.

 

The double-column lifting hopper mixer uses a double-column structure to lift and lock the hopper containing materials, driving the hopper to rotate three-dimensionally around a horizontal axis. The materials in the hopper are subjected to gravity and centrifugal force, generating convection, shearing and diffusion motion, which quickly breaks up the segregation between components and achieves high uniformity mixing of powders/particles.

Application:

It is mainly used in pharmaceutical solid dosage form workshops for closed three-dimensional mixing of powder and granular materials; it also has the functions of hopper lifting, rotation, granulation and post-mixing, inter-station transfer, and automatic alignment and feeding. It can complete mixing, lifting, turnover and feeding in one machine, and is suitable for GMP clean production. It avoids dust and eliminates cross-contamination. It can be used in conjunction with the entire production line of granulation, tableting and coating.
