Description:
The machine consists of a column, base, rotary fork, drive system, brake system, and control system. The mixing hopper is pushed into the rotary fork and the locking nut is tightened. The control system is then activated, raising the hopper to the mixing height and reliably positioning it.The drive system automatically mixes according to set time, speed, and other data. Upon completion of the mixing operation, the rotary fork stops vertically, the hopper automatically descends to the ground, the entire machine stops, and process data is printed. Loosening the locking nut on the rotary fork allows the hopper to be pushed to the next process step.
The single-column lifting mixer uses a column-driven mechanism to lift and lock the hopper containing materials, which then rotates the hopper around a horizontal axis. Simultaneously, the material's own gravity and centrifugal force cause the powder/particles in the hopper to undergo convection, shearing, and diffusion, quickly achieving uniform mixing of different components.
