Self-cleaning Food-grade Pulverizer Unit With Built-in Dust Removal Function
Description:
The self-dust-collecting pulverizer unit is an integrated coarse pulverizing and dust-free collection device designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries, achieving simultaneous material pulverization and dust control. Material enters the pulverizing chamber from the top feed hopper, where it is impacted, sheared, and ground by high-speed rotating toothed discs/blades, quickly completing the coarse pulverization process. The crushed material is classified by a screen under the action of the airflow from the blower, and the material that meets the particle size requirements is carried out of the crushing chamber by the airflow.
Dust-laden airflow enters the dust collection chamber, where it is filtered through bag filters/filter cartridges. The dust is collected in the collection bin, while clean air is discharged, ensuring no dust spillage throughout the process. Qualified pulverized material is separated by cyclone separation or gravity settling and then enters the collection bin, completing the entire process of pulverization, dust removal, and collection.
Application:
Self-dust-removing pulverizers are core supporting equipment for the pre-processing of micro-pulverization. They are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and health product industries. They can efficiently coarsely pulverize dry and brittle materials while achieving zero dust spillage, providing qualified raw materials for subsequent fine pulverization, granulation, and mixing processes.
