Dustproof Electric Vacuum Feeder With Vacuum Conveying System
Description:
The electric vacuum feeder utilizes the negative pressure created by an electric vacuum pump to achieve fully enclosed conveying of powdery, small granular (φ<5mm), and spherical materials. It is specifically designed for feeding into enclosed equipment such as 2D/3D/double cone/V-type mixers, ensuring a dust-free and leak-free process, preventing material contamination and dust spillage, and efficiently and safely completing material conveying.
The machine utilizes vacuum negative pressure for material conveying. The built-in vacuum source (electric vacuum pump) creates negative pressure in the conveying pipeline. Under atmospheric pressure, the material (powder, small granules) is drawn into the suction port and conveyed along the pipeline to the hopper. A filter at the top of the hopper separates the material from the airflow; the material falls into the hopper, and the gas is discharged through the vacuum source. A backflushing device periodically cleans the filter element to prevent clogging, achieving continuous and enclosed material conveying.
