Low Temperature Single-cone Vacuum Drying Equipment For Powder And Granular Materials
Description:
Our single cone vacuum dryer is an integrated drying unit combining mixing, vacuum drying and material discharging functions, widely applied in pharmaceutical, food processing, fine chemical and new energy material industries.Under sealed vacuum negative pressure environment, the heating jacket fitted on the conical tank transfers thermal energy to wet materials through thermal conduction. Moisture inside materials vaporizes into steam at much lower boiling point owing to vacuum condition; the steam is continuously pumped out by external vacuum system and condensed for recovery. Meanwhile, the built-in agitator keeps turning materials to renew material contact surface with heating wall, eliminate local overheating, greatly accelerate moisture evaporation and achieve uniform low-temperature drying.
This full stainless steel structure complies with GMP sanitary standards. The closed operating chamber avoids material contamination and dust leakage, ideal for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, toxic or solvent-recoverable raw materials. Compared with atmospheric tray dryers, this vacuum dryer cuts energy consumption remarkably, reduces drying duration, and avoids product thermal degradation. The bottom quick-release discharge valve enables fully automated material output with little residual product inside the cone vessel. Customizable options including solvent recovery system, vacuum assembly and spray cleaning mechanism are available to match diverse production demands.
Application:
This single cone vacuum dryer serves diversified industrial drying demands across pharmaceutical, food processing, fine chemicals, battery materials and pesticide manufacturing. It handles powdery, granular and flocculent raw materials, especially heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, toxic substances and products requiring organic solvent recovery. Its fully sealed vacuum structure prevents material pollution and solvent volatilization loss, while built-in mixing ensures even moisture removal. It can also complete material mixing and drying in one process, lower post-processing workload, adapt to batch production of small-to-large batches, and support solvent recycling to cut material loss and meet environmental protection requirements.
