Automated Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer For Drying Granular Materials
Description:
Also known as a fluidized bed dryer, it consists of an air filter, heater, fluidized bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of the materials being dried, the dust removal equipment can be selected according to needs. A cyclone separator and a bag filter can be selected simultaneously, or only one can be chosen. Generally, for heavier materials such as granules and powders, only a cyclone separator is needed, while lighter granular and powdery materials require a bag filter. Pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors are also available as options.
The granular solid material is added to the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. Filtered clean air is heated and then sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, contacting the solid material through a distribution plate to form a fluidized state and achieve gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After drying, the material is discharged through the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed. The solid powder is recovered by the cyclone dust collector and the bag filter before being discharged into the atmosphere.
