Cyclone Wet Dust Collector Unit For Pharmaceutical And Industrial Dust Control
Description:
The Cyclone Wet Dust Collector Unit is an industrial dust collection system designed for efficient removal and treatment of dust generated during pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other powder-processing operations. By combining cyclone separation, centrifugal airflow, and water washing, the system helps capture dust particles and reduce airborne emissions, supporting a cleaner and more controlled production environment. Its compact structure and practical design make it suitable for production environments where effective dust control and convenient maintenance are required.
The equipment features a stainless-steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. The integrated fan unit provides stable airflow and suction, while the cyclone separator supports efficient gas-solid separation. The wet dust collection section uses water to wash and capture collected dust, and the inspection window allows operators to conveniently observe the internal working condition. A bottom drain valve facilitates liquid discharge and routine maintenance.
The wet cyclone dust collector combines the dual purification principles of cyclone centrifugal separation and wet water film capture. Dust-laden gas enters the cylinder at high speed tangentially, forming a vortex inside. The equipment has a built-in spray system that creates a continuous flowing water film on the cylinder wall. Fine dust particles collide with the water mist, become wetted, and agglomerate. Under centrifugal force, they are thrown towards the wet cylinder wall, captured by the water film, and flow downwards to the bottom of the cone, where they are discharged as slurry. The purified gas then enters the built-in cyclone dehydration section to remove entrained droplets, resulting in clean exhaust gas that meets emission standards.
Application:
The cyclone wet dust collector can be used for dust control in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, food production, powder handling, grinding, crushing, mixing, granulation, and drying processes. It can be connected to different production machines according to the required airflow and dust collection conditions.Wet cyclone dust collector is applied for purification of industrial dust-laden gas. It can realize dust removal and flue gas cooling simultaneously. With scrubbing liquid, it is able to neutralize acid waste gas and acid mist. It is suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity, sticky and explosive dust. No filter bag, so no clogging problem. It is widely used as pre-treatment equipment in multi-stage dust removal systems.
Feature Advantage:
1. 360° rotary spray cleaning without dead zones
2. Suitable for IBC bins, hoppers, containers, and vessels
3. Automatic operation with intelligent control system
4. High cleaning efficiency with low water consumption
5. Flexible design for different container sizes
