Description:
The machine consists of a pump station, a cleaning system, and a control system. During operation, containers such as mixing hoppers and turnover hoppers to be cleaned are pushed into the cleaning chamber. The hopper lids are opened, and lids equipped with rotating cleaning balls are placed on top, preparing for cleaning. The cleaning program is set according to the process requirements, and after confirmation, the inner surface of the containers is cleaned according to the set program. The outer surface of the containers is cleaned manually using a high-pressure water gun. The cleaned containers are then sent to a container drying chamber to dry for later use.
The equipment integrates high-pressure spraying, hot water cleaning, and hot air drying functions. The cleaning process is automatically completed through a PLC control system: high-pressure hot water/cleaning agent is sprayed and rinsed onto the inner walls and corners of the containers to remove residual materials; subsequently, hot air circulation dries the containers, achieving integrated cleaning and drying operations, ensuring that the containers are clean and residue-free, and avoiding cross-contamination.
