Description:

The automatic hopper cleaning machine features a fully enclosed stainless steel structure design, with a simple overall appearance that complies with GMP production standards. The main body consists of a cleaning chamber, control system, spray system, and exhaust gas treatment device, enabling integrated automatic spray cleaning, rinsing, and drying operations. The equipment utilizes high-pressure circulating spray technology to thoroughly clean the inner and outer surfaces of the hopper, effectively removing residual powder and adhering substances.

 

The automatic hopper cleaning machine mainly adopts a working mode of high-pressure spray circulation cleaning + hot air drying + automatic control to perform fully automatic cleaning of the hopper. After the equipment starts, the cleaning pump pressurizes and delivers the cleaning fluid to the multi-angle rotating spray nozzles. The nozzles spray and rinse the inside and outside surfaces of the hopper 360° without dead angles, and the impact force of the high-pressure water jet quickly removes dust, particles and residues attached to the surface of the hopper.

 

After being recycled, the cleaning solution enters a filtration device to remove impurities and is then reused, improving water resource utilization and reducing operating costs. After the main cleaning is completed, the equipment automatically switches to a purified water rinsing program to further remove cleaning agent residue and ensure the hopper's cleanliness meets production requirements. After rinsing, the system activates the heating and air supply devices to deliver clean, hot air into the hopper, rapidly evaporating residual moisture and achieving thorough drying.
