Description:
This machine consists of a rotary chassis, a lifting system, a hopper tilting device, a transfer hopper, and an electro-hydraulic control system. During operation, the conical hopper is engaged with the hopper of the fluidized bed granulator or fluidized bed dryer. Pressing the lifting button raises the hopper; pressing the tilting button tilts the hopper 180°. Releasing the brake allows the horizontally rotating column to the required process position, then lowers the hopper to the working height. Opening the butterfly valve transfers the material to the next process step.
