Vertical Lifting Conveyors Are Used For Conveying Materials Between Floors Of Hoppers
Description:
A vertical lift also called a floor material hoist is an automated cross-floor material handling system designed for factories, warehouses, and logistics centers. Its core process is loading → vertical lifting/lowering → floor docking → unloading, enabling efficient cross-floor transfer of pallets, bins, cartons, and other goods.Goods are fed into the hoist's loading platform cargo compartment manually or via conveyor belt; the equipment automatically detects and locks the goods in place.
The machine consists of a lifting platform, lifting columns, and a lifting system. During operation, materials are first loaded into the lifting platform or hoppers are pushed onto it. Then, the lifting button is pressed, the platform rises, and once in position, the materials are removed or the hoppers are pushed to the desired location.Once the platform reaches the target floor, it automatically and accurately positions itself and docks with the floor's conveyor line or loading/unloading point. The platform door or protective device opens automatically, and the goods are delivered, completing the cross-floor transport cycle.
Application:
Inter-floor elevators are key equipment for automated transport of goods across floors in factories, warehouses, and e-commerce logistics centers. They can be connected to production lines, packaging lines, and automated warehouses, and are compatible with various material forms such as pallets, bins, cartons, and turnover boxes. They are widely used in manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, warehousing and logistics industries.
