High-efficiency Mobile Telescopic Feeder For Automated Material Handling
Description:
The mobile telescopic lifting and feeding machine is an automated device used for vertical lifting, horizontal telescopic conveying, and precise feeding of materials. Its core principle involves the coordinated operation of an electric lifting system, a telescopic conveying mechanism, and a quantitative control device to automatically lift materials from a low position to a designated height, and then accurately convey the material to the target equipment via the telescopic structure.
The machine mainly consists of a chassis trolley, a telescopic system, a lifting system, and a material bucket tilting system. During operation, the conical bucket is first engaged with the material bucket, then the lifting button is activated to raise the bucket; activating the tilting button rotates the bucket 180°. The mobile chassis trolley is then sealed to the feeding equipment, and the discharge butterfly valve is opened, allowing the material to be transferred in a sealed manner to the next process.
Application:
Mobile telescopic lifting feeders are mainly used for the automatic lifting, conveying, and precise feeding of solid, granular, and small block materials. They can be widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, chemicals, new energy, and plastics processing. The equipment can flexibly move to different workstations and achieve precise docking with various production equipment through lifting and telescopic adjustments. This effectively completes automatic feeding operations, reduces manual handling intensity, improves feeding efficiency and production automation levels, while also reducing material loss and ensuring a stable and efficient production process.
