Electromechanical-hydraulic Integrated Fixed Lifting Granulator With Fall Protection
Description:
The machine consists of a lifting system, a vacuum feeder, a temporary storage bin, a granulator, and an electro-hydraulic control system. During operation, the vacuum conveying pipeline is connected, and vacuum feeding is initiated. The material is conveyed via vacuum to the temporary storage bin to complete the feeding process. After the lifting device is activated to a certain height, the discharge device is connected, and the granulation process is initiated. The granulated material is then transferred to the next process.
It combines multiple functions such as material lifting, crushing and granulation, and dust-free conveying, effectively reducing dust pollution and material loss. This ensures the airtightness of materials throughout the entire process, reducing the risk of dust and cross-contamination, while also efficiently achieving uniform particle size control, thus facilitating clean, continuous, and low-loss automated operations in solid dosage form production. It is one of the key pieces of equipment for achieving efficient, clean, and continuous production in solid dosage form manufacturing.
Application:
This machine is mainly used for the transfer and feeding of solid materials in the pharmaceutical industry. It can be used in conjunction with fluidized bed dryers and fluidized bed granulators, and can directly process the material in the fluidized bed granulator into the required granules and put them into the main mixing tank, effectively eliminating dust and cross-contamination, reducing labor intensity, and improving work efficiency. At the same time, this machine is widely used in the chemical, food and other industries.
