Description:
Our pulse vacuum dryer is optimized for drying heat-sensitive raw materials, widely applied in pharmaceutical, herbal extraction, food additive and fine chemical industries. Different from conventional static vacuum dryers, it adopts periodic vacuum pulse ventilation structure to accelerate internal moisture migration, greatly shorten drying cycle while maintaining low operating temperature from 40℃ to 75℃, effectively prevent active ingredients from thermal degradation, oxidation and volatilization loss.
The main chamber adopts full stainless steel contact structure, complying with pharmaceutical GMP production standards. The sealed heavy-duty door is equipped with observation windows for real-time operation monitoring. Internal heating plates provide uniform heat distribution, the whole machine runs under vacuum environment to lower solvent boiling point, so water and organic solvent can evaporate rapidly at low temperature.
Water boils at 100℃ under normal pressure; after vacuuming, the chamber pressure decreases, and the boiling points of water and organic solvents decrease simultaneously, allowing solvent vaporization and evaporation to occur at low temperatures of 40–75℃. This is suitable for heat-sensitive materials such as antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, and enzyme preparations, avoiding the destruction of active ingredients by high temperatures. The equipment is equipped with a heating tray/plate, using hot water or heat transfer oil as a heat source. Heat is transferred to the material through heat conduction, causing the moisture inside the material to absorb heat and turn into water vapor. The vacuum pump continuously extracts the water vapor from the chamber, maintaining negative pressure, allowing the moisture in the material to continuously migrate and escape, completing the drying process.
