High-efficiency Spherical Polishing Shot Machine For Producing Perfectly Round Pellets
Description:
This machine uses a rotating centrifugal disc, a blower, and a pneumatic spray gun to form beautiful spherical pellets from wet granules. The wet granules produced in the previous process are put into the rotating centrifugal disc, the blower is started, and then the rotating centrifugal disc is started. The wet granules are subjected to the buoyancy of the annular gap air, the rotational centrifugal force, and their own gravity, causing them to move in a circumferential rope-like motion, thus forming spherical pellets with extremely high sphericity.
The spherical shot blasting machine is a high-efficiency granulation equipment specifically designed for wet particle shaping. It is primarily used to rapidly process strip-shaped or irregular wet particles into smooth, highly rounded spherical particles. The equipment employs the centrifugal rotary shot blasting principle, enabling the material to quickly complete spherical formation under the friction between the high-speed rotating disc and the cylinder wall. It boasts advantages such as stable operation, convenient operation, and a high spherical formation rate.
Application:
It is suitable for rounding and polishing granules after wet granulation. It is widely used in the preparation of capsule filling granules, sustained-release granules, micro-pellets, instant granules, functional food granules, catalyst granules, spheroidization of chemical raw materials, and research and experimental testing of new granulation processes.
