Description:

The LG dry pellet mill mainly consists of a feeding system, a reversing feeding system, an extrusion system, a crushing system, a front cover system, a water cooling system, a pelletizing system, a hydraulic system, a machine body assembly, a cover plate assembly, and a rotary screen system.

 

Dry granulation involves feeding pre-mixed dry powder into a hopper using a specialized feeder (pneumatic or motorized), then conveying it to a pressure chamber via a screw conveyor. Two high-pressure extrusion rollers compress the material into high-density sheets, which are then cut into small pieces by a cutting system. Finally, a two-stage granulation system forms the required granules, completing the granulation process.

 

Application:

Dry granulation machines eliminate the need for liquid binders, directly compressing dry powder materials into uniform granules. This eliminates the drying process, resulting in energy savings and high efficiency, making them particularly suitable for processing various heat-sensitive materials.
