Roller-type Dry Granulation Machine For The Pharmaceutical And Chemical Industries
Description:
The LG dry pellet mill mainly consists of a feeding system, a reversing feeding system, an extrusion system, a crushing system, a front cover system, a water cooling system, a pelletizing system, a hydraulic system, a machine body assembly, a cover plate assembly, and a rotary screen system.
Dry granulation involves feeding pre-mixed dry powder into a hopper using a specialized feeder (pneumatic or motorized), then conveying it to a pressure chamber via a screw conveyor. Two high-pressure extrusion rollers compress the material into high-density sheets, which are then cut into small pieces by a cutting system. Finally, a two-stage granulation system forms the required granules, completing the granulation process.
Application:
Dry granulation machines eliminate the need for liquid binders, directly compressing dry powder materials into uniform granules. This eliminates the drying process, resulting in energy savings and high efficiency, making them particularly suitable for processing various heat-sensitive materials.
Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and feed industries, dry granulation machines improve powder flowability, prevent dust and clumping, and facilitate subsequent tableting, filling, and packaging operations. The production process is simple and compliant with GMP standards, effectively improving finished product quality and production efficiency.

Feature Advantage:
1.Uniform powder particle density, good disintegration, and high yield.
2.Special feeding structure ensures effective feeding.
3.Water circulation cooling during mixing prevents material from sticking to the rollers.
4.No water or ethanol wetting agents are required, and secondary heating drying is unnecessary, resulting in fewer processes, higher efficiency, and lower cost.
5.Advanced electro-hydraulic system ensures simple and reliable operation with a high degree of automation.
6. Sealed operation prevents contamination and meets pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
7. Particularly suitable for materials that cannot be processed using wet methods.
