Description:
The material is added to the mixing container via a feeder or vacuum feeding system, where it is thoroughly mixed by multi-dimensional cutting by the agitator. Then, the binder is injected via a spray gun system or manually, and under the action of the agitator and cutter, it is formed into uniform granules. The granules are discharged through the outlet and transferred to the next process.
The powdered material is stirred by a paddle within the pot, undergoing a three-dimensional circulating motion to achieve uniform mixing. A metered amount of binder is evenly sprayed in through a spray system, wetting the powder and forming liquid bridges. A side-mounted high-speed cutter shears and crushes the wet material. Under the combined action of the centrifugal force of the paddle and the shearing force of the cutter, uniform wet granules with controllable particle size are formed. The discharge port is positioned lower, allowing direct connection to the next process (such as granulation or drying), reducing material transfer steps.
