Description:
This machine consists of an air inlet system, a fluidized bed system, a top spray system, a bottom spray system, a side spray system, and an exhaust and dust removal system. The top spray is for granulation; the bottom spray is for micro-pellet coating; and the side spray is for micro-pellet production. All these functions are implemented on the same multi-functional fluidized bed granulator. Users can select the appropriate functions according to their actual production process requirements.
Purified hot air enters from the bottom, passing through an airflow distribution plate, causing the material to suspend and tumble within the hopper, forming a uniform "boiling" fluidized state for thorough mixing. Depending on the process, top, bottom, or side spray modes are selected to atomize the binder/coating liquid and spray it into the fluidized material. Through liquid bridging, the powder agglomerates into granules, or a uniform coating layer is applied to the granule surface. Hot air continuously removes moisture from the material, rapidly drying the wet granules or coating layer, ultimately yielding a finished product with good flowability and uniform moisture content.
