Description:

Powdered materials are stirred in a three-dimensional tumbling motion by a bottom agitator within the pot, achieving uniform mixing. A binder (such as water or other solvent) is injected into the mixed powder, creating adhesion between the powder particles through liquid bridging, forming a moist, soft material. A side-mounted high-speed granulation blade shears and cuts the soft material, producing uniformly sized wet granules. The entire process is completed in a closed environment.
